Returns & Refunds

You, the customer, have a 14 day right of return provided the goods are returned in ‘as new’ and in its original packaging. If goods are returned outside this timeframe or returned in a used or damaged state, or not in the original packaging, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and send the goods back to you at your cost. We do not have to provide a refund if you changed your mind about a particular purchase, so please choose carefully. If the goods are faulty TeacherTalk Limited will meet its responsibilities under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Proof of purchase must be provided with all returns.
