How do I download my resources?
Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link. You can also access your downloads anytime through your TeacherTalk account. Simply click the link to download the files to your device.
Do I need to download and save the files?
Yes — we recommend downloading and saving your files to your computer, tablet, or cloud storage. This ensures you always have access, even if you change devices or email addresses later.
Can I share these with other teachers?
Yes — as long as they are within your centre or organisation.
Our downloads are licensed for use by your teaching team within one centre, school, or organisation.
Sharing outside your centre (including emailing to friends at other centres or uploading to shared public drives) isn’t permitted.
Are digital downloads refundable?
Because these are digital products, downloads are non-refundable once accessed. If you have any issues with your files, please get in touch — we’re always happy to help.
Can I edit the files?
Our PDFs are not editable and are designed to be used as-is. This helps ensure consistency, quality, and cultural integrity across learning spaces.
